The Western Networking and Researching Tour

"On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again..."
The 2002 Jetta TDI 2000 Honda Civic Boyds' 2002 Honda Accord is still going, but it may need prayers for this trip. About 100 hours of drive time over 5500 miles of the western United States, three or four national parks, and many loved ones await us.

With all of those great things waiting for us, the focus of this trip will be to network and research. I will be meeting with professionals in each city to explore opportunities. Angela will be exploring graduate programs in early education in several of the cities.

Thankfully, we have places we will be staying for each overnight stop. We owe a big thank you to our friends helping us save money by offering us a place to stay. We're hoping and praying for good things to come out of this time.

We'll let you know how this trip is going and try to close out our year in Thailand via blog during this time.  See you soon!

  1. Update: We're shedding cars as we go. As we were getting ready to depart Round Rock, I noticed a steady leak of coolant spilling onto the driveway. We shifted to Angela's Civic and made it to Dallas and then Wichita Falls. After getting it checked for the trip, we realized we needed new tires. Karen and Doyle generously offered their Honda Accord. Currently, it is receiving a new timing belt before tomorrow morning. Your prayers are still coveted.
