I know it will seem out of order, but I wanted to drop a quick line to say we're still figuring out what's next.
After our three-week roadtrip, I was able to meet tons of great people and learn about wonderful programs and non-profits all over the West Coast. I'll detail that in the next entry. Despite meeting a lot of great people, only one solid opportunity arose -- on the East Coast.
We have been back in Texas for about 3 weeks now. In that time, we've been to two weddings, a 3-day music festival, and enjoying 2 weeks of eating (almost only) plant-based food and working out.
Right now the plan is to find some temporary work for both of us as we continue to look for more permanent opportunities. We will be sure to let you know what happens next.
